Ever since I was a child, I have always wanted to explore far away lands. Reporter-Our readers want to know how many expeditions did you make? Przhevalsky –Personally I have made 4 expeditions to east and central Asia Reporter- oh it’s very interesting. And…How much time of your life did you spend travelling? Przhevalsky about 11 years Reporter-What places did you visit? Przhevalsky-Well. On my first expedition I traveled from Irkutsk to central Siberia. I saw Lake Baikal, visited Urga, crossed Mongolia and the Gobi and into China. Reporter-Is it true that you covered quite a distance of the equator in all your expeditions?

In all my expeditions I covered a distance of 31000 kilometres Quite.a distance when you think that the equator-the circumference of the earth- a little over 40000km.
