People always take care of their health.
Somebody is on a diet, somebody goes in for sports. It’s very good. But sometimes everybody catches ill. Then we go to a hospital or a policlinics.

If you have a healthy body you must have a healthy mind. Train your brain! Do neurobic exercises and keep your brain “fit”. For example, read upside down, pack your school bag with your only left hand (if you are right-handed) or vice versa (if you’re left-handed).
